3. 2 years tax returns - Federal Tax Returns (Last 2 Tax Years, if any) 1040’s and Schedule C (if any)
4. SSA Award Letter/Pension Award Letter and 1099
5. Copy of Unexpired Driver License/ID - Front and Back
6. Copy of SSN Card - Font and Back or ITIN letter
7. Current two bank statements, all pages, including blank pages
8. Please provide all current financial documents, including 401k account statements, that you would like us to use for qualifying your loan.
