It provides a professional business mailing address that boosts your businesses image compared to using a home address, PO Box, or PMB address. When clients search your business location they see a professional commercial business office building instead of a house, post office, or shopping center. FLEXIBILITY virtual office services provide month-to-month flexibility and does not require a formal lease. All services are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. MAIL & PACKAGE HANDLING Your V-Office Space business center accepts delivery of your mail and packages. We are your business mailbox. You have the option to pick up your mail and packages or have them forwarded to a location of your choice. Some virtual office clients request weekly or bi-weekly forwarding of mail and packages while most prefer to stop by periodically to pick up their mail. V-Office Space is always happy to respond to email and phone inquiries checking if mail or packages are awaiting pickup. Virtual Clients requesting mail or package forwarding provide a "Mail/Package Forwarding Deposit" from which any postage/shipping costs plus a forwarding service fee are deducted. The mail/package forwarding deposit is typically recharged via credit card once it falls below a set value. All virtual office space clients have access to reserve the room during the hours of 4pm - 12am Mon-Thurs. Fri 9am - 12am and Sat & Sun 9am - 9pm. Mail Forwarding (weekly).......................................... Upon request, mail and packages are forwarded on a weekly basis. Multiple items from the same week will usually be combined into a single envelope or box and mailed to your forwarding address.
Conference / Training Room...................................... Service Retainer balance is refunded by check 30 days after your virtual office space usage is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. MONTHLY PAYMENTS Payments are due on the 1st of each month.V-Office Space accepts payment by CASH APP, ZELLE (vertroue1@hotmail.com) CASH, CHECK, MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER CANCELLING SERVICE Simply notify V-Office Space in writing (email is acceptable) that you wish to cancel your virtual office service. Cancellation can be submitted at any time and is always handled as an "end of calendar month" cancellation. To receive a refund of your Service Retainer balance you must provide 30 days notice of cancellation.
Terms & Conditions
I authorize the verification of the information provided on this form and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. I acknowledge that I will notify VFG 30 days prior to terminating this agreement; any disruption of service REQUIRES an additional set-up fee when required. VFG Virtual Office acts as an affiliate of third party companies whose services are regulated separate from SDWVFG and its' affiliates. UPON SUBMITTING WEB APPLICATION, A REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU TO COMPLETE A MAILBOX/VIRTUALOFFICE AGREEMENT VIA E-MAIL or walk-in WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAY. THE INFORMATION WILL INCLUDE THE VIRTUAL OFFICE ADDRESS THAT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO YOU. Mail will be forwarded to above address once a week for a flat rate or you can walk-in and get mail for free between 9am-2p Monday thru Thursday. V-Office can be used for appointments, and limited CMA services. Late fees for monthly rental are $75.00
