Your Travel Concierges professional travel consultants are committed to providing you personalized attention and excellent travel value. We are not a call center, and you will work directly with a travel planner or their designated support partner.
Your Travel Concierges includes the value of our knowledge and expertise garnered from the extensive first-hand travel of ourselves, our colleagues and clients, and the added leverage we enjoy with our preferred global suppliers.
Our focus is to provide you objective and unbiased recommendations that best meets your needs and interests, unlike online sites that do not offer personalized service and may promote subjective and paid-for viewpoints.
Your Travel Concierges assess planning and reservations fees to help defray non-recoverable costs related to arranging your personal travel.
Airline tickets issued by Your Travel Concierges include full research of air itinerary options including airport options, schedule recommendations, carriers, seating options.
$35 per domestic passenger ticket reserved
$50 per international passenger ticket reserved
$50 per ticket change, exchange or cancellation.
$100 (minimum) handling fee for frequent flyer upgrade certificates, awards or mileage tickets.
Agency Airline fees DO NOT include fees assessed by airlines including seat purchase, baggage, change/cancellation fees etc.
A non-refundable Planning Fee is required for all customized travel arrangements. A private itinerary includes all required transportation, lodging and tour recommendations based on the budget provided by the client.
-- $150 per person for trips of 9 or less nights in length.
-- $200 per person for trips 10 - 14 nights in length.
-- $250 per person for trips of 15 nights or more.
Cruise and Tour Package Reservations Cancellations
Post reservation service fees will be assessed as follows
• $150 per person for canceled cruises and/or tour packages after deposit is paid.
• $100 per person non-refundable deposit for last-minute requests within 75 days of departure for research and special handling, in addition to the standard Plan-to-Go Deposit fee.
• $20 for printed copy of some electronic documents (if you prefer not to download yourself).
• $30 (minimum) for express (overnight) delivery of tickets or documents.
• $35 for returned checks.
