In consideration of your acceptance of this volunteer form, I for myself, my heirs, executors administrators and assigns, forever release and discharge any and all rights, demands, claims for damages and causes of suit or actions, known and unknown, that I may have against Tails and Trails Rescue, Tails and Trails Resort, Best-In Enterprises LLC and any and all participating sponsors and the directors, officers, employees and agents of such parties, for any and all injuries resulting from my participation in any and all events. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in the event, that I assume those expenses and that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the events. I release the rights to any and all photographic material and/or personal information the Tails and Trails Rescue may wish to release for events, without obligation to me.
