Pine Bluff City Council Speaker Sign-Up Form

Thank you for your interest in addressing the Pine Bluff City Council. In order to be signed up please provide the information requested below. The information must be sent by 4pm day of the City Council Meeting.

No person addressing the City Council, except as otherwise provided herein, shall be allowed to speak more than three (3) minutes unless the Mayor allows an extension of time. The Mayor, as the presiding officer, may in her discretion, shorten the time for speaking when an unusually large number of persons have registered to speak. When four or more citizens wish to address the council about the same scheduled agenda item, the time allotted to that presentation will be ten (10) minutes. The Council may allow an extension of this time as they deem appropriate.

Signing up to speak at a City Council Meeting through this website does not guarantee that you have been added to the Speakers' List. When there is a limit on the number of speakers, you may be placed on the Waiting List.
