    U.S.-Based Applicants:

    • This position is for a 1099 Independent Contractor (not a W2 employee).
    • You are located in the United States and authorized to work as a contractor.
    • You are not a resident of California, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
    • We encourage applicants from lower cost-of-living states, including: Tennessee, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
    • You are available during U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday, typically between 9 AM and 5 PM PST/EST).
    • You have a quiet, professional home office with high-speed internet, a Mac or PC computer, and a working webcam.
    • You are not currently employed full-time elsewhere.
    • If applying for Virtual Receptionist or Medical Office Assistant roles, you are comfortable answering live phone calls in a professional manner.
    • Starting pay for U.S.-based contractors is $15 - $17 / p hour with a step up process at 30/60/90 day reviews. 
    • All work is time on task - billable time. Meaning, you are paid for time worked.
    • Opportunities for guaranteed weekly hours, part-time, or full-time roles may be available based on performance and client needs.

    We welcome applicants from the Philippines, Jamaica, Colombia, South Africa, Peru, Argentina, Kenya, Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, and El Salvador

    • You must have strong English communication skills, with a clear speaking voice suitable for phone-based work.
    • You are available during U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday, PST or EST preferred).
    • You must have a quiet, professional home office setup, including: a reliable computer, high-speed internet, a headset or microphone, and a webcam.
    • If assigned to client-facing or EMR-based tasks, you are required to use a secure VPN for system access and HIPAA-sensitive work.
    • Starting pay for international contractors ranges from $6–10 USD/hour, depending on your experience, location, and assigned responsibilities, with a step up process at 30/60/90 day reviews. 
    • All work is time on task - billable time. Meaning, you are paid for time worked.
    • Opportunities for guaranteed weekly hours, part-time, or full-time roles may be available based on performance and client needs.

    📌 Paid Training Bonus: 

    All new contractors who complete onboarding, participate in training sessions, and actively take on client assignments during their first 30 days will receive a $50 USD training bonus.
    This applies to both U.S.-based and international contractors.
