**We have put the agreement before the form so that we ensure every potential customer reads and understands the agreement before proceeding. We want to ensure all of our customers have the same great experience.**

1) LENGTH OF RENTAL/FEES

Cutie Pie Pageant Boutique agrees to rent#_______category__________. Your rental periodbegins the day your rental is mailed to you. All rentals MUST BE postmarked no later than 5 days after your event. A $10 per day late fee will be assessed for everyday the rental is postmarked late. Rentals that are not returned after 2 weeks (14 days) will be considered a purchase, and the purchase price will be invoiced. Payment will be due immediately upon receipt. Please email us a tracking number for the return shipment. 

2)DRY CLEANING

Dry cleaning is included in the cost of the rental. Fees will not be assessed for cleaning unless the dress is returned with stain damages deemed to be severe by the cleaners. At that time we will contact you and you will be invoiced. Payment will be due immediately upon receipt.

3) SHIPING BACK TO US

Your rental must be postmarked by the last day of the rental date, which is 5 days after your event. You are advised to purchase a tracking number. If tracking and/or insurance are not purchased and the rental gets lost in the mail, you may be charged for the value of the rental which will not exceed the full purchase price. 4) LATE FEES

Failing to have the rental(and/or) additional items included in the rental) postmarked by the correct date will result in a late charge of $10 per day, which will be charged to the person signing the rental agreement, up to but not exceeding the value of the purchase price of the rental for 14 days after the rental was due. Delinquent rentals over 14 days will be assessed the full purchase price. The purchase price will be invoiced. Payment will be due immediately upon receipt. 

5) ALTERATIONS NOT DONE BY CUTIE PIE PAGEANT BOUTIQUE

Any alterations that are not done by Cutie Pie Pageant Boutique must be undone before the retnal is shipped back to us. You assume all financial responsibility for rentals altered (and/or damaged) by any other entity. Fees may be assessed due to alteration damages.

6) DISCLAIMER

Cutie Pie Pageant Boutique is not responsible for wardrobe malfunctions, the effect a dress may have in a competition, whether it be movement or scores, or any injuries that may result from a wardrobe malfunction. 

7) SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due before the rental agreement can be final and before your rental can be marked on the calendar. We cannot hold your rental if your deposit is not paid. If the rental date is within 2 weeks of the event date, the balance will need to be paid in full in order to hold your reservation. We do all business through PayPal. It is secure and safe for both Cutie Pie Pageant Boutique and the customer. Any remaining balance will need to be paid in full 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date in order for us to ship your rental to you. All rentals will be shipped with delivery confirmation. 

8) CANCELLATION OF RENTAL RESERVATION

Rentals that are paid for, and reserved for a rental but end up not being used will be handled the following ways:

a) Cancellations up to two weeks (14 days) prior to the event will be refunded 100%                     of fees paid for. 

b) Cancellations that occur within two weeks (14 days) of the scheduled event will be                     refunded any fees paid, less the initial deposit. If there are no other fees paid,                       your initial deposit will be held and will not be refundable.

c) Rentals taht have already been shipped to, or received by the renter, will be                            assumed the full rental amount as we have no way of knowing if the dress was                        actually used or not. 

9) RENTAL OWNERSHIP

Cutie Pie Pageant Boutique retains ownership of all rentals until such time that the ownership is transferred through a bill of sale in which both the seller and the buyer will retain a copy for their records. 

10) FULL DISCLOSURE

The individual signing this Pageant Wear Rental Agreement hereby states that all questions about this Rental Agreement have been answered, that they fully understand all the provisions of the agreement and the obligations and responsibilities of each party, as spelled out herein. They further state that they agree to fulfill their obligation in every respect or suffer the full legal and financial consequences of their actions or lack of action in violation of this agreement. Signature by the owner of Cutie Pie Pageant Boutique and the customer on this Rental Agreement is acknowledgement and he/she has received a signed copy of the Rental Agreement.

A hard copy of your rental agreement will be included with your rental. Because this is an online agreement between Cutie Pie Pageant Boutique and you (the customer), the following will be accepted as a signature to the above. If you agree to the above rental agreement and have no further questions or concerns, please proceed to click agree and type your full name and today's date and click "next."

Every rental is assigned a category and a number. Please enter this information below. Before filling out this rental agreement, you must have already contacted us and decided on a specific rental. If you have not yet done so, please do not continue filling out this form and contact us to pick out a rental.

Rentals that are nto retunred after the 2 weeks (14 days) will be considered a purchase, and the purchase price will be invoiced. Payement will be due immediately upon receipt. You will be invoiced via PayPal. Once we recieve both your rental agreement and your fees are paid your reservation will be complete. Please indicate below how you would like to be invoiced.
