A one-day photo shoot provides ten architectural & interior photographs of, for example, the front yard, backyard, kitchen, dining room, living room/family room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at $25.00 per shot. There is a minimum creative fee of $150.00 per day or 6 shot equivalent. If there are any Special Features that you would like to have photographed please mention them in the Special Features or Comments boxes above. Additional photos (more than 10) are $50.00 per shot for same day shoots. Photographic sessions located more than 30 miles outside of San Marcos, TX accrue round trip charges of 0.45 cents a mile.

Images selected for publication by an agent, broker or individual (hereafter referred to as Agent) are licensed for publication with any MLS in the United States, are licensed for Agent marketing materials and are licensed for Agent campaigns associated with the property until the listing is sold.
