Please read the following statement:
If your message involves a request for a routine work order (non-emergency), the work order will be placed in the Work Order Queue, for your association, and after being approved, be accomplished as budget money becomes available. All items concerning large budget items such as brick, cement, landscaping etc. will be placed on a deferred work log for your board to review.
If your message involves a request for an Emergency work order during normal business hours, such as a plumbing leak, basement flood or sump pump outage; please call the office at 586-286-4068. If it is after normal business hours please call 586-286-4068 Press 1 and follow the prompts to reach your community manager.
