- Recipient must not already be registered for Texas School
- Recipient must be a member of PPA for less than 3 years
- Recipient must not have received a scholarship for Texas School within the past three years
Available to a select number of classes. Full scholarships and partial scholarships may be awarded for tuition only. Hotel room and travel is not included. To be awarded April 1st, 2023.
