Letters of recommendation must be signed, dated, and submitted on professional letterhead. Bank or Financial Institution statements must not be more than six months old and should be submitted on professional letterhead with the account holder's full name and account number. *You must submit a Letter of Support if the financial statement is in the name of a different account holder. Supporters must state their relationship to you and state that they are responsible for your financial obligations while you are in the United States. If the account holder is a United States citizen please submit an Affidavit of Support.
