Complete this form to schedule your shoot. You must pay any applicable deposit amounts in-person to officially reserve the date. You will receive a response from the Young Living Lavender Farm wilthin 3-5 business days. If you have any questions, please contact the Visitor's Center at 1.800.371.0819.

Policies and Procedures:

·       Photographers and/or photo parties must coordinate their visit with the Visitor Center staff by phone at 435-623-8006, or in-person at the Visitor Center (Mon.-Sat. 10am – 6pm). If your photography session will be outside of these hours, the Visitor Center staff will arrange with security personnel for your visit

·       You are responsible for all personal belongings. Young Living will not take responsibility for any loss.

·       Be aware that the farm staff may be working anywhere on the farm at any time. Please do not interrupt their work by asking them to move, or otherwise interfere with their duties as farm employees.

·       Do not move any tables, chairs or other equipment without first consulting the visitor center staff. If you are bringing props for the shoot, please get them approved by the staff.

·       Please do not remove or disturb plant labels or any signage located around the farm.

·       Do not litter. Please carry trash with you to the nearest trash can.

·       Do not pick any plants. You will be held responsible for any damage to the plants

·       There are no refunds or discounts given on the photo session fee. A separate fee is charged for each family group or bridal session.

·       If in doubt about the accessibility of an area or any procedure. Please contact the Visitor’s Center staff. Please follow all instruction for a wonderful experience at the Young Living Lavender Farm. Thank you.
