Canine Cupids Adoption Application/Personality Profile

  • Thank you for considering a rescue dog first! The following application is detailed and will take a few minutes to complete. Rest assured there is a reason behind this. The more information you provide, the better the chances of finding your PERFECT pooch match. We take the dog’s needs, preferences, and personality into consideration when reading through your completed application.

    Our goal is to connect with each applicant within 48 - 72 hours.

We do not hold Canine Cupids, or its representatives, liable for any injury, personal property damage, or other situation which may arise during the foster home or other location visit. I fully understand and accept the release of liability. I understand that the completion of this Personality Profile does not guarantee that I will be approved for the adoption of a pet through Canine Cupids, or any suggested canine companion outside our rescue.
