I understand the Division B and Division C Rules Manuals are FREE ONLINE in a PDF format. I will go to the SO Store within the www.soinc.org website to set up an account and download this year's rules. I also understand there is a link to access the rules manuals on the MSO website (www.minnesotaso.org). I understand immediately after I press SUBMIT below, I will receive an email showing this registration (check your junk mail folder). I will use that email as an invoice with my finance department to have a check cut. The check will be made out to MINNESOTA SCIENCE OLYMPIAD.
