2) COMPLETE AND SEND THIS FORM BY 7.30PM ON 26.5.

When you are dropping off a physical copy:

3) TAKE YOUR FILM TO ONE OF THE DROP-OFF SPOTS BY 7.30PM ON 26.5.

OR

When you are using online drop-off:

3) REMEMBER TO INCLUDE THE SHA1SUM -CODE. (SHA1SUM-instructions). OR IN THE CASE OF EMERGENCY, AT LEAST A LINK TO YOUTUBE PREVIEW OF YOUR FILM.

This is how the ONLINE DROP-OFF WORKS:

Copy the finished film on USB memory stick (+ dvd back-up if you want to pay safe) and mail it to:

Use overnight delivery/priority. All the films have to be at our office by Tuesday (28.5.) morning (exept the films mailed from Estonia and Sweden the cut off date is Wednesday).

The video file you are sending has to be the same you are using to generate the sha1sum code. With sha1sum we can verify that the video file has not been altered after Sunday 7.30. If you have problems using sha1sum, make sure that we have the link to your Youtube/Vimeo preview copy by 7.30pm Sunday. We will use it as a back-up.

Uneton48 is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Uneton48 from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, or screening.
