By signing this form, my organization/department is fully responsible for cleaning the African American Cultural Center at the end of the event. This includes: removing all trash, paper, and food. The Center should be left in its original condition. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in a cleaning fee and/or possible discontinuation of use of the Center. The Directors of Student Engagement & Impact have the authority to deny your request for just cause.
