Explain in detail any information you believe will help the user of your report understand the person you are today and that will place you in the most favorable light possible. 

    The employer may use this information in its individualized Assessment.  Each background report is carefully reviewed on an individual basis, as the iReviewNow process allows the user to consider your responses to make a fully-informed decision.  This information will help the employer in considering the nature and severity of any negative information, how long ago the incidents occurred, and what you have done to improve yourself, known as self-rehabilitation.  Examples include: what you have done to improve yourself, lessons learned, and steps you have taken to better yourself.
