The College invites you to nominate an individual for the Athletic Hall of Fame. Please observe the eligibility requirements and complete the information on your nominee. Please do not reveal to your candidate that he or she has been suggested for nomination consideration. The candidate will be made aware of his or her nomination only if he or she is selected for the Hall of Fame.

Nominations will not be accepted if the form is not completed in full.

Eligibility Criteria

1. CVCC Athlete:

Ø Athletes must have completed their tenure at CVCC no less than 8 years prior to the current induction year.

Ø Outstanding CVCC single season performance.

Ø Outstanding CVCC career performance.

Ø Outstanding post-CVCC athletic accomplishments (Olympic, professional or amateur).

2. CVCC Head Coach or Assistant Coach:

Ø Coaching nominees may be former or current.

Ø Outstanding career achievement as a Head or Assistant Coach.

Ø Must have been an employee in good standing during tenure.

Ø Must have continued to be a citizen in good standing and not caused unfavorable publicity for the institution and community.

Ø Must have coached for five or more years at CVCC.

3. CVCC Administrator

ØExtraordinary athletic support and/or pioneering or continued initiative as an administrator.

Nomination forms must be received in the CVCC Institutional Advancement Office by September 26. Late forms will not be reviewed. All CVCC Hall of Fame nominees and nomination information will be kept confidential. The CVCC Institutional Advancement Office will contact those selected and their nominators after the final selection has been made by our Hall of Fame committee. CVCC Hall of Fame honorees will be recognized for their many achievements the evening of March 5, 2026
