• Sun Camp Week 1 Registration

  • CHILD INFORMATION:

  • We want Sun Camp to be as inclusive as possible while making sure we serve children with Down syndrome and their siblings. Please note that registration of children with conditions similar to Down syndrome and their siblings is subject to advisory board approval.

  • Sun Camp is for children entering grades K-6.

  • Send the deposit of $75 per child per week by check made out to Social Good Fund with Sun Camp deposit on the memo line, to:

    On receipt of your deposit, a welcome letter and a health history form for your child(ren) will be sent to you (snail mail). Please return the form by mail by March 18. A prompt return will help us make appropriate staffing decisions. The forms of registered campers will be kept in a binder onsite under the care of the camp director, and staff will consult it on a need-to-know basis.
     
    Total fees per child per week are $350. There is a $50 total discount per week for siblings who register the same week (so, two siblings who register for Week One will cost $650, not $700, and if they both register for Week Two as well, balance due will be $1300, not $1400). Balance is due by check by April 15, 2015.
     
    Deposit is refundable until March 18. After March 18, no refunding of deposits. Fees are refundable until April 15. After April 15, no refunding of fees unless a replacement is found.
     
    We will maintain a waitlist as needed. You will be informed if you are on the waitlist, and your deposit will be held but not deposited. Waitlisted campers will be contacted by phone if a spot opens up.
