THE REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR FIRST DEPOSIT. 

 

ONLY ONE FORM IS REQUIRED PER ROOM; HOWEVER, ALL ROOMMATES ARE RESPONSIBILE FOR REVIEWING  THE INFORMATION TO ENSURE FULL UNDERSTANDING OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING .

 

ROOMMATES MAY SUBMIT INDIVIDUAL FORMS IF PREFERRED.

 

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

If you need additional time, you may request a 24-hour courtesy hold on your room by texting (904) 716-2321. This allows you time to complete your form and coordinate with roommates.

 

All guests sharing a room are responsible for reviewing all booking details prior to payment to ensure a full understanding of the terms and conditions.  

 

Our goal is to ensure clarity and confidence before you book.  IF you have any questions please ask before submitting your deposit. 

 

Once completed, your reservation process will be smooth and seamless.

Transportation from Jacksonville, Florida to New Orleans:  $400 per person (solo seat upgrade)-   $275 per person (2 seats together)

 

Roundtrip Motorcoach Transportation from Jacksonville, Florida to New Orleans.  Transportation is available for 4 day packages. The bus is equipped with electrical plugs, tvs, dvd, and audio center. ALL riders will enjoy a solo seat allowing more legroom and comfort.  The bus will depart Jacksonville, Florida (Dunn Ave area) -Wednesday night July 1 @ 9pm.  Official bus initerary will be available 2 weeks prior to departure.

 

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE -  PER PERSON

*The first deposit must be paid together by the group leader for all roommates.  Payments after the initial deposit can be made individually.  You will be provided access to your secure payment portal to view invoices or make payments.

 

Initial Deposit :$150 Due at time of booking (Time-sensitive)

2nd Payment:  $250- Due October 25, 2025

3rd Payment:  $250-  Due January 24, 2026

4th Payment:  $250 - Due March 21, 2026

Final Balance Deadline:  May 9, 2026

PLEASE PROVIDE INFO ABOUT EACH PERSON YOU WILL BE SHARING A ROOM.   WE MUST HAVE AN EMAIL AND CELL NUMBER FOR ALL GUESTS.

As a courtesy, reminders may be sent prior to payment due dates.  However, you are responsible for making payments on time.

• A $50 late fee will be auotmatically added if your balance is not paid in full by the final payment deadline

 

• Final payment deadline is May 9, 2026

 

• A maximum 3-week extension may be granted if all previous payments are current

 

 

 

💜 Early Check-In
Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

While we will request early check-in for the group, it is not guaranteed and is based on hotel availability.

If you arrive early, please be prepared to wait until your room is ready. The hotel will provide luggage storage if needed.

You may upgrade to Guaranteed Early Check-In for an additional cost, which ensures your room is ready upon arrival.

Concert Ticket Assignment

Do you understand that:

• Concert tickets will typically be in the Plaza section (100 level-first level above the floor), based on availability
• 
  Specific seat assignments are determined by the event host
  Accounts must be in good standing (paid on time) to receive the best available seating
• 
  Late payments may result in less desirable seating
  If you prefer to select your own seats, this package may not be the best option for you.

 

• Failure to remain current on payments may result in cancellation of your package, and all previous payments may be forfeited.

Package Terms

• Packages are sold as a complete experience, not individual components

  In the event of cancellation, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

Pricing Adjustments

Do you understand that Deluxe and Premium package pricing may change based on vendor and ticket pricing?

 

In the event of an increase, you will have the option to:

We reserve the right to substitute event components if necessary.

All payments are 100% non-refundable, regardless of circumstance.

 

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of unexpected events.

 

To receive the most comprehensive coverage (including additional protection options), travel insurance should be purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit.

Gratuity is not included in this package. While tipping is at your discretion, it is customary and appreciated for services provided.

Suggested minimum gratuities:
• Bus Driver – $25 (standard gratuity expected for service)

• Bus Hostess – $5 per person
• Hotel Luggage Handler – $3 per bag
• Hotel Housekeeping – $2 per day

For all future payments, please text immediately after submitting to ensure your payment is applied correctly.

 

There are no additional fees to submit payments. A credit card authorization form will be required for all credit card transactions.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT INITIAL DEPOSIT

The initial deposit must be paid together for all roommates or on the same day.
Do not submit your deposit if your roommates are not ready to pay at the same time.

 

If an additional person is added after booking and invoicing, a $50 administrative fee will apply. This fee is only charged to the newly added guest.
