All guests sharing a room are responsible for reviewing the booking information in full prior to payment to ensure a complete understand of all terms and conditions. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Transportation from Jacksonville, Florida to New Orleans: $400 per person (solo seat upgrade)- $275 per person (2 seats together)

Roundtrip Motorcoach Transportation from Jacksonville, Florida to New Orleans. Transportation is available for 4 day packages. The bus is equipped with electrical plugs, tvs, dvd, and audio center. ALL riders will enjoy a solo seat allowing more legroom and comfort. The bus will depart Jacksonville, Florida (Dunn Ave area) -Wednesday night July 1 @ 9pm. Official bus initerary will be available 2 weeks prior to departure.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE - PER PERSON

*The first deposit must be paid together by the group leader for all roommates. Payments after the initial deposit can be made individually. You will be provided access to your secure payment portal to view invoices or make payments.

The event sponsor will request a complimentary early check-in for the entire group. However, the hotel will try to accommodate as a courtesy but does not guarantee early check-in. Hotel check-in is 4pm. The hotel does not promise your room will be ready before then unless you have upgraded to GUARANTEED EARLY CHECK-IN which is an additional cost. If you arrive early expect a wait. Guests riding the bus from Jacksonville will arrive early morning and could possible have a lengthy wait until your room is ready. The hotel offers a secure place to store luggage while you wait. Upgrading to GUARANTEED EARLY CHECK-IN will assure your room is ready immediately upon arrival. Do you understand that concert tickets will likely be in the popular Plaza (100's) section based on availability, as well as guests accounts being in good standing according to the payment schedule. The Plaza is the first level above the floor. Specific seat selection is at the discretion of the event sponsor but rest assure we always strive to do what's best and our first priority is to choose seats we think you will enjoy. Please Do not book the Premium Package if you want to choose your own seat. Delinquent accounts may have an negative effect on seat selection. In other words, if you pay on time you get the best seats, If you pay late you could end up with seats that are in the Terrace section or less desirable. Please be mindful of due dates and make sure your roommates are doing the same. Your package may be cancelled and all previous payments forfeited if not paid as agreed.
