• Tech (AVL) Request Form

    Note that requesting audio and video requires two technicians. If special lighting is required, a third technician will be needed.

    Standard event -

         $100 for the first hour per tech.  $40 per hour for each additional hour

    Multi-day event

         Determined by Creative Arts Pastor

    Major Church-Wide event

         Charges (if any) will be worked out with our Worship/Creative Arts Ministry.

  • NOTE: Any slideshows, videos, and graphics will need to be submitted to the AVL technician a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Acceptable formats are .MOV for video files, .JPG, .JPEG, or .PNG for photos, and .PPTX or .KEY for presentation files. Please email these to kbarger@tsclife. If the file size is larger than 10MB then use the following web service to send the files: https://www.wetransfer.com/

    Other acceptable mediums for files are digitally via email, or flash drive.

    We can not guarantee any day of requests of any kind will play/work through our system. You should be prepared if that is the case.
