Please use this form to request Yard Signs, Riders, and Key Boxes for your listings. For agent-installed signs, please note that all items checked out must be returned to Realty Kings Properties in their original condition within 72 hours of a property's termination, withdrawal, expiration, or sale. All items must be clean and free of damage. The cost to replace any damaged, lost, stolen, or unreturned items will be deducted from the agent's commission.
