Please Read the Agreement:

I hereby grant Carrie Hall Photography the right to use all digital negatives and/or reproductions from my photo session for display, publication, related website and blog use, contest entry, and/or peer review. I understand that although I have full rights to print and share the images which result from my session in any way and in any medium, they remain the intellectual property of Carrie Hall Photography.

I understand that Carrie Hall Photography owns the copyright to all of the edited images received from my session. I will be granted a print release for personal use of my images, however they may not be cropped, edited or altered in any way.

I understand that I am paying a non-refundable €60 deposit for this session. If paying by cash or check I agree to pay the deposit within 10 business days of booking.
