  • Sleepovers

  • Sleepovers at Buster & Lilly’s are designed to relieve the stress, which normally accompanies the separation of our furry family members from their non-furry counter parts.

After breakfast each morning, guests join their friends and our staff for a day of fun and frolic in our play areas. Our fantastic staff provides activity and attention to meet the demands of each guest. Some enjoy playing all-day while others would prefer to be carried or cuddled. We gladly accommodate all of our guests’ special needs. Our goal is for the activity of the day to lead to a relaxed sleepy guest at night.

Our guests enjoy dinner at approximately 4:00 pm and then have several more hours to socialize and get ready for a good nights sleep. We have created a sleeping environment that has all of the comforts of home. Each guest has a perfectly pup-sized private kennel with a nice cozy raised bed & blanket.

All of our kennels are furnished with blankets to relax on and raised Kuranda beds for a rejuvenating night’s sleep. Please, tell us if you would like us to remove any furnishings from your dog’s room. We recommend that if your dog has not been left for the night in a confined space such as your bathroom or utility room, or if he/she has never been boarded before that you experiment a little before his/her first experience with us. You are also welcome to bring bedding, however, if it is destroyed by your dog it will be bagged and returned to you in that condition.  ***

We require that all guests come with enough food for their entire stay, so that we can keep them on the diet which they are accustomed to and avoid any intestinal upset. We recommend that you bring special treats, chewies, toys, and anything else that you would like in their kennel to make their stay more enjoyable. Please, make sure these are all items that you feel comfortable with your furry family member having when left unsupervised in his/her room.

    Missed Meal:

If your dog refuses to eat more than 2 consecutive meals Buster & Lilly’s may begin to add chicken broth, cottage cheese, canned food and other food items to entice him/her. Please, note if there are any foods your dog may not eat.

    Stomach Upset:

If your dog vomits several times and/or begins to have chronic diarrhea Buster & Lilly’s will take him/her off of his/her regular diet and feed rice and cottage until the upset ceases. Please, note if there is any reason we should not do this.

To avoid digestive issues, guests must bring their own food from home. It is recommended that at least two extra meals are packed just in case.

  • Illness:

If your dog becomes ill during his/her stay at Buster & Lilly’s, we will make every attempt to reach you. However, this may not be possible. If Buster & Lilly’s takes your dog to the veterinarian there will be a $25.00 trip charge and a charge of $5.00 per hour in addition to all veterinary fees. Buster & Lilly’s will take your dog to the veterinarian of our choice.

    Drop-Off and Pick-Up:

    Dogs may be dropped-off between 9:00 a.m. & 5:00 p.m. Monday-Sunday.

Any dog that is not picked up by 7:00 p.m. will be boarded at the standard sleepover rate. If there is no space available owners will be responsible for any and all fees that apply.

    FLEA POLICY:

If live fleas are discovered, your pet will immediately be given a dose of CapStar. Within 24 hours, a dose of Frontline will also be administered at a cost of $20.

    SENIOR/MEDICALLY FRAGILE:

I understand that my pet(s) have medical condition(s) and/or is/are senior(s). I am aware that boarding can cause stress that can exaggerate or expose new problems, or even lead to a serious medical event or death.

I understand there may be mental and behavioral changes in senior dogs or dogs with medical conditions, while being boarded.

I release Buster & Lilly’s Doggie Daycare and Boarding from any liability should any problem/medical issues occur.

I am solely responsible for any and all medical bills related to my dog, and should an emergency arise, I give permission to Buster & Lilly’s to seek veterinary care at the nearest veterinary clinic should my primary veterinary clinic not be available. I understand that Buster & Lilly’s has the best interest of my pet in mind and will do everything to keep my pet safe.
