Azalea Rehab Services is a therapist-owned private practice for pediatrics and adults. We have a facility equipped for state-of-the-art treatment. Our goal is to provide the most effective therapy for pediatrics and adults in our area.

A qualified candidate will be licensed in Georgia with a degree from an accredited program. Responsibilities will include evaluation and treatment for pediatrics and adults in clinic, homes, and daycares.

This is a contract position with flexible schedule; full time hours available. Licensure fees and CEU funds provided.
