• Site Inspection Request Form

     

    Note: All dates and times are subject to availability.

    Please note that the Site Inspection and Room Reservation are NOT confirmed until an email is sent out to you with the approvals.

    Please be punctual to your site inspections. We will hold all appointments up to 10 minutes after start time. Late arrival will shorten the duration of your site inspection and may need to be rescheduled upon availability.

    Important: Do not purchase airfare until you receive a site/room confirmation.

    Resort accommodations and transportation are not included. 

    Site Inspections must be requested a minimum of one month prior to travel. Last-minute site inspection requests are not guaranteed until you have confirmation in writing.

     

    Please provide all information requested below to the best of your knowledge with preferred dates of travel. Should you have any additional questions, you may contact the Weddings Site Department at weddingsitevisit@aichotelgroup.com. 

    Allow 3 - 4 buisness days for a site inspections to be reviewed and processed.

    Site Inspections and meetings will be for a minimum of 2 hours.
