All attendees must be associated with a youth team tennis program that has completed the 2015 youth team tennis bid application located at the following link http://www.jotformpro.com/form/12480033444
Attire: Acitve wear, tennis attire and shoes. We will be on court from 9-11am.
Lunch will be provided by the Midland Community Tennis Center. All participants will also have access to the finals of the Dow Corning Tennis Classic following the summit at 1pm.
Each CTA may send two (2) representatives.
