In the event that Rocky Mountain Animal Rescue requests the return of one of their animals for any reason, do you agree to return the animal immediately?

Fosters can Potentially adopt the dog they are fostering, however, RMAR must be contacted and someone on our team responding we have received the message PRIOR to a member of our team contacting fosterer about another potential adopter meeting the pet. Our team is reviewing applications daily and can be at any time approving an adoption application and communicating to confirm an adoption and in process of contacting fosterer that we have a good match. Release of Liability

Rocky Mountain Animal Rescue endevours to care for the pet(s)welfare,both medically and behaviourally and share the most acurate information we know about the pet at this given time. The foster understands there is no guarentees about the health or temperment of the animal(s). The foster agrees to assume the risk of pet ownership,to be responsible for the pet(s) listed above and not hold Rocky Mountain Animal Rescue resposible for damage to a person or property the animal may cause if such an event occured.

The release of liability and indemnification shall apply to all incidences resulting from fostering. Including, but not limited to injury,bite etc. You hereby acknowledge, understand and agree with the above conditions and understand that this is a binding contract and if agreements are not met, are enforcable by civil law.

When in foster care, a pet is posted for adoption and we may be working behind the scenes approving an application and preparing to notify you about meeting a prospective adopter.If you are interested in adopting your foster pet you must submit an Adoption Application immediately so we are aware and can list the pet pending. It is not an automatic adoption, RMAR still needs to approve. Also, if we request a pet be returned you must return or make arrangements with RMAR to pick-up in immediately. Keeping an unadopted pet without our approval is not allowed. If you are approved to adopt your foster dog, the adoption rate is sent and an Adoption Agreement is completed and any veterinary documents we have would be submitted to you.
