Building/Sound/Announcement Request
The purpose of this form is to request a room, announcement, or sound and projection for use at The Potter's House Family Worship Center (PHFWC). Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, but the request may not be confirmed if there are scheduled events that conflict or if this request form is not turned in at least 2 weeks in advance of the event date. The Potter's House Family Worship Center reserves the right to deny any request. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any requests submitted after the due date will be accepted only at the Office Staff's discretion. All requests may not be approved depending on content and/or other restrictions. Generally, we gear announcements, PowerPoint presentations and Website Postings to advertise upcoming events that encourage congregational or major ministry participation. Also, please note that PowerPoints and Website Postings by necessity must have limited text. So please summarize your event so that it can be read in the short period of time that it's projected on the screen. SOUND AND MEDIA: Requests for sound and media use requires a PHFWC sound technician that has been confirmed through the sound/visual ministry leader.
