    General Classroom - 24 people, 40 in lecture hall
    Newport Community Room - 50 at tables, 80 as audience (no tables)
    Newport Large Meeting Room - 30 at tables, 50 as audience (no tables)
    Lincoln City Community Room - 30 at tables, 50 as audience (no tables)
    Newport Computer Lab - 16 (small lab) and 24 (large lab)
    Lincoln City Computer Lab - 16 (small lab) and 20 (large lab)
    Newport Commons - 60 at tables, 145 as audience (no tables)

  • Food is allowed in community and meeting rooms. If your event is being catered please let us know and we'll make sure there is a setup for the meal (inform your caterer of our location with the address and room name/number).

    OCCC's Your College Store can provide limited catering on request, at an additional cost, with a two-week notice. If you'd like a sample menu please email officeofinstruction@oregoncoast.edu.

  • *Room rentals are not guaranteed on days when the college is not open or outside general operating hours. If rentals outside general business hours are approved, then an additional fee of $25 per hour is required for the on-site security during those non-business hours.

    An additional $100.00 fee may be charged if the room is not left in a clean condition.

    Payment by check, presented to OCCC staff on or before day of use.
