Price does not include airfare. The retreat will sell out therefore, we encourage you to pay in full as soon as possible in order to confirm your spot. A deposit will ensure that a space is reserved for you until July 1, 2026, after which (if not paid in full) your space may be open to someone on the waitlist.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel because of unexpected circumstances we highly recommend that you protect your investment with travel insurance for your trip. Please see your travel agent.

Liability

I agree that Alex van Frank shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay. I agree to assume all risks associated with the travel trip and agree that no liability will attached to Alex van Frank for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property or health. Alex van Frank reserves the right to change the daily retreat schedule if necessary. Alex van Frank shall not be held liable or responsible for any expenses, including but not limited to lodging, meals, and transportation incurred by delays or other uncontrollable issues outside of the yoga retreat program.

An $800 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. Confirmation of your space on the retreat will be given upon full payment. Full payment is due by July 1, 2014 after which time your space may be filled by someone on the wait list for an available space.
