ERS enjoys a super vendor status with Runsignup.com which allows us to host your registration for you for FREE. Participants pay a website fee and credit card fee at registration based on the size of the ticket price. When ERS is the exclusive registration portal: ERS can manual entry paper registrations, provide for bulk registrations if needed, Unlimited discount and sponsor codes setup and manage sponsorships on the website. Fully customized data collection, option for direct deposit and full transparency of financials is available. This set up is ultrafast for runners making it easy for them to sign up!
Race Day Management

$550 Min. $50 for second distance ERS will help set up and get you organized and mange the event for you. We will take care of the event like it was our own. A. Help you purchasing gear, rentals, supplies. B. Manage runner correspondence. C. Manage volunteers on race day. D. Coordinate results with the timer. E. Support Registration race day. F. Race day Gear List below G. MC at the Event including everything from race morning welcome, pre-race announcements, organize opening Star spangled banner and prayer, course and safety brief and then start the race. The MC will also continue during the race to ensuring all sponsors are recognized, and awards presentations leaving you to enjoy your event. Electronic Non Chip Timing

$550 Add $50 for a second distance. This computer based system includes a finish line race clock, chute, timing for up to 2 distances, customized award summary, permanent results website posting within 24 hours, and preliminary results posting during race. 5ks are limited to 100 people. 10ks 200. Not available for longer events or larger events
Chip Timing

Add $2.25 per race bib prepared for the event. Race director is required to provide1 volunteers on race day at the finish line. Chip timing is required for events 100 people or more.
Course Set

$175 per 3.1 Miles. A GPS Certified course set up for you on race morning and broken down for you as your runners complete the course. USATF certification is available if needed for an additional fee.
Additional race day labor

$175 Per Person As your event grows it become critical to have professional and experienced leaders to help set up and manage the flood of people. You may also find yourself short on the volunteers needed to pull the event together. ERS can fill the gaps with the people we trust at our events. This person can supplement registration, finish line support, course monitoring or anything and they do the work of 4 volunteers.
Virtual Support

$350 and we will help with basic marketing, permit or location permissions, scheduling police, helping with swag purchases, prefunding costs, and, insurance purchasing, estimating and step by step support of your race.

Services will be provided subject to a review of the information provided. Once we have confirmed the details we will confirmed which staff member is available to be on site for your event by the ERS Director (Dan Pavlin). If your event grows beyond the original specifications additional support maybe required. These fees are due by race day. If your registration is handle by ERS and the actual race proceeds are not enough to cover the fees agreed upon, the organization will pay any remaining balance within 7 days of the race.
