This is an EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT entered by the below client and Face Da Fashion.
1. TERMS of Agreement: the parties do herein bind themselves of this Agreement in regard to all equipment booked by customer to service their event from the date of this agreement until modified or canceled.
2. LIABILTY: Face Da Fashion 360 is released of ALL liabilities from all injuries or falls pertaining to the fashion 360. All equipment will be inspected before set up so that we can provide quality services. The client is fully responsible for all damages caused by them or guest. This included spills, drops, or knock overs.
3. SERVICES: Face Da Fashion 360 will be responsible for wearing proper attire which is and enforced uniform. We will provide a hazard free zone for 360 space at your event. Each event will be set with a sharing station so that invitees may received there image directly. We will arrive an hour early to insure proper set up. Services will start promptly and end promptly. There is a $100 fee for each additonal hr.
4. HOW IT WORKS: Once the 360 is set up, guests will be able to take turns filming their spins (1 to 2 people comfortably depending on size). Staff will use a business phone which holds the app used to create your videos during the event. Guests will be sent their video instantly by their preferred process. Text, Email, QR Code or Airdrop.
5. START/END TIME: Your rental time will not begin until our staff has completed the set up of the 360 photo booth. Break down will begin after the end time of your rental unless you advise to finish early. Only if time allows, we may be able to extend the time if requested by you. Payment would need to be submitted immediately to stay.
6. GUEST RULES: If children or any guests are unable to be monitored properly to prevent damages to our equipment, children or guests are causing concern to staff, the 360 could potentially be shut down. No refunds.
7. REFUNDS: Once paid, there are No refunds unless unexpectedly canceled by Face Da Fashion, to no fault of your own. We are more than happy to reschedule you for another date and/or time.
8. LAST MIN. BOOKING FEE: $150
SPACE NEEDED: 12X12 SPACE IS REQUIRED FOR 360 SET UP, NOTHING SMALLER
360 SET UP: There must be at least 8-10 feet of space around the 360 in order to avoid damage to the equipment and injury to guests walking around the set up area. You must be certain before booking that space is available. There will be no refunds if this is an issue at the time of the event. ALSO I NEED TO BE BY A POWER OUTLET AS WELL.
