9. Roomates or friends move together? Not rent by room. Each prospect has to qualify separately and have to have rental history together over 1 year.
10. What utilities covered amd what it costs? Tenants pay water and electric for multi-family townhouses and tenants pay all utility and grass cut for single family house from $80 to $500. It really depends on the individual usage'
11. How do I view the home at my own time? Other than preapproved showtime on shomojo scheduling, other showtime can be arranged after application approved.
12. Property address: The address map is in the shomojo lising map. house number will be provided through text/email from shomojo after scheduling.
13. Communication about showing: Showmojo will email and text you at proper times and send you feedback link and application link within one hour after your scheduled show time.
14. Guarantee: We will return your move in/out fee and void the lease if you are not satified and if you leave the unit in move in condition within 30day after move in.
