Please try zip-it or plunger or google anything helpful online to avoid extra cost. Minimum charge $75 caused by tenant improper usage.

Yes, If inside access is required, TENANT must be present during scheduled time for service person and must provide means for service person to access the premises. If TENANT fails to be present or fails to grant access, TENANT will be responsible to pay any service charge. If In the event of emergency, if TENANT is not able to be present TENANT must notify LANDLORD at the time the emergency is reported and should be prepared to leave a key for service person to access unit or allow landlord key access if necessary to avoid further damage to unit.

If the problem is caused by tenant, If trash, garbage in garbage disposal, dishwasher, any drain line, tenant has to pay the contractor $75 to clean the block. Tenant has to pay $75 for contractor to flip break.
