Paperless Meeting Device Grant Application
Board packet materials are not printed, rather they are prepared in electronic form with Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf). The Board provides for each member agency up to $1,000 to offset the cost of purchasing a device to be owned by the member agency and used at WSTIP board meetings. The device should meet the following criteria: a screen large enough to read comfortably, preferably nine (9) inches; WI-FI compatible; minimum battery life of six (6) hours; and is compatible with Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf) documents. The reimbursement is for the agency with payment being remitted to the agency. The reimbursement form is below:
