LOCKED OUT OF WEBMAIL OR YOUR SITE DASHBOARD?
Our security software will block IPs when it records malicious looking activity. This can be caused by accidentally attempting to login to your website dashboard or email accounts using incorrect usernames or passwords (multiple attempts are usually required to get you booted, but some data that matches attack structure may get you banned immediately). Your system may show you a few different connection failure error messages.
If this happens, you can wait about 30 minutes & retry with correct login info.
note: Be careful when using browser auto-fill functions, as you may accidentally submit incorrect info without realizing it.
If waiting is not an option, please submit a ticket. You MUST include your local IP address so we can review logs and remove your lock. You can google "what's my ip" or go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ to get the IP of the computer that has been blocked.
