SONNET & HAIKU are SOLD OUT
We hand-make Sonnet twice a week during the spring and summer and age it for 3-6 monthes here at the farm. We use exclusively milk from our own pastured goats which ensures freshness and a seasonality to the flavor. Creamy, nutty, sharp, smooth -- Sonnet has often been described to us as Manchego-like. We sell these as wheels and the wheels range from 5-7 lbs and costs $18/lb. Cheese ships separately from the caramel and has a flat $20 shipping charge if you are within a 2-day ground shipping radius. If you are further away we will provide you with a shipping quote. All cheese will ship on Tuesday or Wednesday for a Thursday or Friday delivery.

PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 1 week for processing time - in order to optimize freshness and shelf-life, we process all caramels to order. SHELF LIFE: approx. 10 weeks for caramel and 4 months for chocolate covered carmel. However, our caramel is THE MOST DELICIOUS CARAMEL IN THE WORLD if eaten fresh, within 4-6 weeks. So we encourage you to order what you think you can sell in this amount of time. This means smaller, more frequent orders (trust us, your customers will appreciate this and your repeat sales will be increased dramatically!!!), and we HONOR this method by keeping shipping rates super low. SHIPPING INFORMATION: A $15 flat-rate shipping charge will be applied for orders that can ship Ground within 1-2 days ($20 during summer months do to insulation and ice needs). If the climate in your area requires Express shipping, your shipping quote will appear on the invoice for you to confirm prior to shipping, and we will charge actual shipping charge, which will depend on zipcode.
