Rest assured your service to Helping Hands is greatly appreciated as are
your prayers for God’s continued blessing on our ministry efforts.
We want everyone to understand that any information from a background check will be kept in the strictest of confidence. In the event that a background check reveals any items of concern, the background check committee will meet privately with any such individual to address any questions or concerns. One of the incredible things about the Christian faith is the opportunity God gives to all of us for forgiveness and second chances. If there are items in a background check that require a conversation with a volunteer, it will not necessarily exclude that person from continuing to serve in the Helping Hands organization.
As a Helping Hands volunteer, you may obtain, view, or have access to various client
information including names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, or
other highly private and confidential client data.
By writing my full name here and clicking [SUBMIT] I am authorizing Helping Hands of Howard City to perform a background check on me as well as affirming that I agree not to release, copy, use, or otherwise disclose any confidential client information. Any violation of this agreement shall serve as a justifiable cause for termination from any volunteer duties at Helping Hands.
