  • Please remember to take the device out of the vehicle you are leaving. If this vehicle is being replaced or is no longer in our fleet, please store it in a safe place and notify the Fleet Manager the location of the device. You will need the device for the replacement/new vehicle.

    Also, when entering a new vehicle, please remember that Telogis gps devices are not plug-and-play. Once you install the device in your new vehicle you must contact Telogis Premier Support line at (866)-586-7513 to activate the device in your new vehicle within the Telogis system. You will need your Vehicle Unit #, Vehicle VIN #, and Telogis device IMEI # when you call. 

  • If you are in need of a new GeoTab GPS device, please inform the Fleet Administrator, fleet@quenchwater.com

  • Please remember to take the telogis device out of the vehicle and put it in the new one.

  • Please submit a change form for any vehicles affected by this change. i.e. status of old vehicle changing to "Open", old vehicle assigned to another tech, etc.
