IKIDZ SUMMER ENROLLMENT POLICY
1. Eligibility
This policy applies to all students in grades TK to 7 who enroll in our Summer Camps/Programs 2025
2. Early Bird Registration
Early Bird Registration Period runs from February 15 to March 15, 2025.
Summer enrollment spots will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis during this period. We highly recommend securing your child’s spot early to avail the early bird discounts offered during this period.
3. Registration Process
Parents/Guardians must complete the summer enrollment agreement form at the link provided and submit it by the deadline along with all payments due to guarantee a spot in the program and avail any discounts offered during that period.
4. Program Availability and Registration Guidelines
All full-day, Monday through Friday (5 days a week) programs will be offered at our main facility at 5255 Mowry Avenue, Suite L, and may fill quickly.
A limited number of part-time and overflow full-day spots will be available at our second facility within the same complex in a different building at 5133 Mowry Avenue (next to Top Flights Gymnastics).
Part-time programs (4-day, 3-day options) must select their preferred days at the time of registration, with no changes allowed afterward.
Missed classes or days will not be prorated, refunded, or compensated.
5. Waitlist Policy
Once a program is full, a waitlist will be created for each session. If a spot becomes available, those on the waitlist will be notified in the order of their registration.
6. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
The non-refundable registration fee of $30 per student is required at the time of registration along with summer tuition payment and any applicable extended care fee.
7. Discounts
Early bird registration discounts are only available to students during the dates February 15, 2025 to March 15, 2025.
Late bird registration discounts are only available to students during the dates March 16, 2025 to June 1, 2025.
No discounts will be offered after start of camp on June 2, 2025
ALL DISCOUNTS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF TWO WEEKS ENROLLMENT TO BE APPLIED.
8. Late Pick Up Policy
Students must be picked up on time at the end of their program each day. Parents will be charged a late pick up fee of $1 per minute late after the end of the program each day.
Late fee payments can be paid at the center while picking up their student using cash or check or through our online invoice.
9. Lunch & Snacks Policy
Campers should bring a reusable water bottle for easy use (water fountains available at the center), two snacks (AM and PM plus a third snack if your child is staying for extended care time) and a healthy packed lunch. Please label all personal items with your child’s name. Snacks and Lunch may not contain nuts or items made in a nut facility.
10. Dress Code Policy
Comfortable, activities-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
11. Change of Weeks/Program, Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy
Cancellation Before April 1, 2025:
If you need to cancel/withdraw your child’s enrollment before April 1, 2025, you must do so in writing.
Refunds: You will receive a full refund of camp tuition, minus the non-refundable registration fee of $30.
After April 1, 2025, cancellations will be subject to the withdrawal policy outlined below.
Cancellation requests received between April 1, 2025 and May 1, 2025:
You will receive a refund of 50% of the tuition for all the weeks registered, minus the non-refundable registration fee of $30.
Cancellation requests received after May 1, 2025:
No refunds after May 1, 2025
Change of weeks & Change of Program Policy:
All requests must be submitted in writing no later than May 1, 2025. Change of weeks is subject to availability of space.
After May 1, 2025: requests will not be accepted.
12. Liability
Participation in the summer camp involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or accidents. Parents/Legal Guardians agree to indemnify and hold the Center and its staff harmless from any claims, liabilities, or costs resulting from their child’s participation in our programs.
