  • Congratulations on your promotion!
     

    There are some important changes with the new system, so please pay close attention before submission.

    - Only your Chapter President (Đoàn Trưởng) & Vice President of Academic Affairs (Phó Nghiên Huấn) can submit this form. All others will not be accepted and your application will be denied.
    - All submissions must be made at least 6 WEEKS prior to the requested promotion date!
    - You can upload multiple files in this form.

    5. Post Camp Completion Verification Form (1 per person - Your chapter member should have received this back with Lien Doan's signature on there)
