We are glad to invite you to Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences Debating Tournament 2014 that will take place from 26th to 27th of April in Valmiera, Latvia.

Debating format: British Parliamentary (5min speeches; 7min in the final)

Accommodation
How many debaters are in need of an accommodation during the tournament?
How many adjudicators are in need of an accommodation during the tournament?
We are ready to arrange an accommodation in a case participants arrive one day in advance or leave one day after the tournament.

Additional fee 20EUR per night for each person will be added.

Participation fee
Participation fee is 50EUR per team and 20EUR per judge if paid before 10th of April. Participation fee is 60EUR per team and 25EUR per judge if paid after 10th of April.

Participation fee includes an accommodation in a hotel or students residence of Vidzeme University during tournament. Special pricing will be organised for those participants who are not in need of an accommodation. Additional fee (20EUR per person per night) will be applied to those participants who use an accomodation for extra one or two days.
