The FALL grade (The grade your team will be going into when they go back to school in Aug/Sept) of the oldest child participating on the team, determines the age of the team. (The grade the athlete is going into when classes resume in Fall)

Please bring current grade cards for each of your athletes in case proof of age is requested.

Teams which register in the wrong age group will forfeit all games, and be asked to leave when this is discovered, and NO refunds will be offered.

Teams are more than welcome to play UP an age group - but please REGISTER in the age group you want to play(as long as your are playing up and not down) - then email us to inform us that you are playing up.

SHO-ME SPORTS/ Release/Indemnity:
We recognize the possibility of physical injury associated with the sport of basketball. We release Sho-me Sports and their officers, directors, coaches, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, participating athlete, other parents, representatives and successors and the schools, school districts, religious organizations and other owners of the facilities where games/practices are held and their employees (all forging are collectively referred to herein as the "Sho-me Sports Parties), from any and all liabilities, claims, damages,, and expenses, whether known or unknown, sustained by the player or by the undersigned which in any way arise out of, or are connected with or relate to the participation by the player in any activity (including without limitation transportation to and from activities) organized by or in any way associated with Sho-me Sports. We hereby indemnify Sho-me Sports parties from and hold each of them harmless against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages and expenses which any of them pay suffer or incur arising out of or resulting from the players participation in any activities of Sho-me Sports or the breach by the undersigned, by the player or by any member of the family of the undersigned or the player, as the case may be, of the Rules and Regulations or the Agreement.

SCOREKEEPER/CLOCK KEEPER AGREEMENT
Teams must furnish one responsible adult scorekeeper/clock keeper for each game played, who must be seated at the table and ready to go at game time.

If unable, or would prefer not to provide, a $20.00 fee per game will be charged to the Head Coach or Team Manager at CHECK-IN. Please understand, delays will require us to provide the service and charge the coach, PRIOR to tip off.

If you know ahead of time, that you will not be bringing a scorekeeper/clock keeper please notify us ahead of time so we may have someone available to provide the service. Pre-Booking the service (1 week in advance) will save you 5.00 a game. Last minute booking (game time - 6 days prior) will cost 20.00 per game.

We understand that all Tourney Fees are NON-refundable. Team spots are not held or reserved and Hotel information is not forwarded until payment is recieved.*

* 5th game for 2 day play is only available to teams who are ready to play 8:00 am on Saturday. This does not mean that is the time that they will play but they need to be willing to in order to get that 5th game.
