OPP Party: Guest Rates

* As party host you are responsible to collect for/from your guests.

* No refunds once party request has been confirmed.

* CHECK IN with Club Manager when you arrive for your party

* If party larger than indicated member will be FINED for the additional guests

* Contact Club Manager about booking larger parties (25+ guests).

* Pay by Credit Card via Paypal

Please note preferred date of party.  This form and payment must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance of party date.

Submitting this form does not guarantee your request/date. 

The schedule will be checked, you will be contacted to confirm your request.

If your request cannot be fulfilled your payment will be refunded in full.

You will be directed to Paypal's website once you click submit button.

 

Payment for parties is to compensate for non-member access to the pool and the inconvenience that large parties cause to other members. Party payment does not include any staff or amenities, other than the appropriate number of lifeguards for your event, who are there exclusively to ensure the safety of swimmers and the proper functioning of the pool equipment. Adherence to OPP rules by party guests is the responsibility of the OPP member/host.

Emergency Release

By submitting this form I am releasing Orinda Park, Inc. and all employees and associates from responsibility of any injury or damages that might occur. I hereby authorize Orinda Park, Inc. staff to act for me according to their judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and I hereby waive and release Orinda Park, Inc. and its affiliates and employees from any and all liability stemming from any injuries or illnesses incurred while at the pool.
