All entries will be placed in a drawing at the end of each quarter in which they were received. Award winners will be drawn

randomly. The first person drawn will receive the top quarterly reward of $250. Then 10 additional names will be drawn.

Each of those employees will receive a $25 logo clothing gift certificate. Winners will be announced at the quarterly Inside

Connection meetings and on Arvig Insider. Each entry will be considered by David Arvig for "Lunch with David." Those

recipients will receive an invitation from him.
