About shipping:

The $7.00 shipping rate quoted here is for the packing materials and USPS Media Mail (book) rate, which takes about a week or so for the lower 48 states, depending on distance from New Hampshire. If you require a faster delivery, please email me about your order, and I can ship via Priority Mail, which will take 2 or 3 days, and I will bill you for the actual cost.
