MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

When it comes to growth, having a good mentor is a vital component in career development. Within the Armenian Professional Society, we see great value in mentorship. The primary goal of our mentorship program is to connect undergraduate students, graduate students, or new professionals, with an established mentor within same/similar career fields. As Mentors, you have the expertise and experience to provide guidance and mold the next generation of Armenian professionals.

Mentor Requirements
In order to qualify as a mentor in The Armenian Professional Society's Mentorship Program we ask that you meet the following requirements:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry
- Be an active APS memeber
- Be willing to communicate at least once a month with your assigned mentee
- Maintain communication with the APS Mentorship Director throughout the process to ensure all program goals are met
