We will build the order based off of the flight dates on the WideOrbit order PDF(s). Please ensure you date the flights in WideOrbit as either consecutive run days or select days. Double check before final submission of this form.

For example, if the flight dates are 1/1-1/30, we will enter the takeover to be for the full 30 days. If the flight dates are 1/1-1/1, we will enter the takeover to be for the singular day.
