I declare and accept that I have understood all that is stated below and shall strictly abide by the Immigration policy and University's rules.: 1. The offer letter is issued for the purpose of education only at Rangsit University and not to be used for other purposes. The offer letter is valid only in the semester that the student is applying for and cannot be used for other semesters. 2. After the student has paid the payment of tuition fees, then we will send the visa supporting documents by the specified date where we inform you on the website or by email. 3. Students are required to submit our school visa letter to the Thai Embassy/Consulate at the visa submission place where it's stated in the offer letter. 4. DO NOT enter Thailand with a Tourist Visa category (TR) or other types of visas to Thailand. We cannot change/extend those visas into a Student Visa (Non-immigration ED visa). We will also not process other types of visa such as Non-Immigrant O Visa, Non-Immigrant Visa B (business and work), Destination Thailand Visa (DTV), Transit visa, etc. 5. We cannot guarantee the issuance of a visa from the Thai Embassy/Consulate since visa approvals are at the discretion of the Thai Embassy/Consulate. 6. The Non-Immigrant ED visa application is given for education purposes only. Students are not allowed to work in Thailand. All wrongdoings or infringement/unlawful conduct/ will follow the rules of Immigration in Thailand. Rangsit University will not be involved or take any action against the law. 7. Walk-in applications will be approved or checked of their visa and all documents submitted by the International Office before their application and registration process. 8. All documents submitted to us must be complete and authentic. In case of false or forged documents, we will have to cancel the admission granted or issue a withdrawal from the program applied. 9. The International Office will provide the assistance and service to students who have paid the fees of the semester and will make the registration and payment on behalf of these students. 10. All tuition fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. 11. Please make sure that students will not have any trouble with the payment of tuition fees or any other related expenses during the entire course duration and while living in Thailand. 12. The students will need to comply with the Immigration policy and the University's rules and regulations.
